Authors are invited to submit original contributions on all EEITE-related aspects within the technical areas listed here. Only full 2-column, 4 to 6 pages papers, using the IEEE paper templates available  on the EEITE 2026 website, will be peer-reviewed and checked for plagiarism using the IEEE CrossCheck portal.

Papers should be uploaded in PDF-format through the online conference system before January 25th 2026.

All submitted papers will be evaluated by a peer-review process, and accepted papers subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements, presented as either poster or orally will be submitted for publication in IEEE Xplore Database. In addition, workshops, tutorials and other special sessions will be organized to provide up-to-date practical help to those new to the subject or requiring an update, as well as to address in-depth topical subjects.
