Kamel Haddadi received the M.S. and the PhD degrees from the University of Lille, France, in 2003 and 2007, respectively. He received the ‘Habilitation in Physics’ in 2017 from the University of Lille.
Since 2003, he is with the Institute of Electronics, Microelectronics and Nanotechnology, IEMN, France, Research unit (UMR-8520) associating the CNRS and University of Lille. Since 2020, he is the coordinator of the IEMN flagship ‘Nanocharacterization’, team leader Radiofrequency Sensing & Services, RF-2S. Since 2021, He is also with the Research Institute on software and hardware devices for information and Advanced communication, IRCICA, Service and Research unit (USR-3380) associating the CNRS and University of Lille.
Kamel Haddadi’s research interests are in the areas of microwave devices, circuits, and systems, including radar, wireless sensing and communication, and six-port technology. He was involved in several H2020 European projects within the European EMPIR Program dedicated to microwave to THz metrology, including on-wafer, guided, free-space, and microscopy measurements.
